just great composition, strong graphics...the gray gradations are really beautiful...is this a conversion?...i suppose yes being that it's digital, but I think the 5D has a b&w capability with some filters...anyway, nice work...

@Momo: RAW file converted to RGB then converted in the channel mixer, some tone curves and masks.
This is absolutely beautiful, and I don't give that compliment lightly. It has great composition (in that it is properly squared-up and has the correct focal length, and the tonal treatment is appropriate. It has the feel of a Walker Evans photograph. Superb.
