Sandsend

A recent trip to Sandsend and Robin Hoods Bay last weekend. Only managed to get a few shots that I was happy with, this being one of them.
I think this may have worked better with a) a slightly more interesting view and b) a neutral density filter (which I dont own but wish I did!).

@ManuelaR: Danke! I have no idea why the wooden stakes are in a triangle formation but it certainly helped witht the composition.

hey! this photo is good as it is without any changes! great perspective - love how the lines formed by the wooden planks lead straight to the horizon and the dramatic sky - well done!

I really like this shot; the shyscape is interesting enough to look at and the lead in lines are strong. Maybe you couild have got a lower angle with more foreground interest (like tomorrows shot) but I still think this is a great image.
