Redcar Beach, Looking North

Redcar manages to be both really quite ugly but also picturesque. It's a weird combination but it also proves to be quite photogenic.

I'm with Oswegan, the contrast between nature and industry in close juxtaposition makes great images. The clouds are terrific!

As everyone has already noted, the clouds are the star in this one. And, small as it is, the factory is so necessary to the picture's interest. Very well seen and beautifully exposed.
