Firstly, thank you to everyone who commented on yesterdays image, I really appreciate your visits and comments. This was taken late in the evening on Saltburn beach. I was attempting some long exposures of the sea/pier when a family came along, initially they were in the way, but then they became quite an interesting addition!

Rhys thats a great shot, but I don't think of ghosts, but more of Aliens emerging from a space warp... Guess I watched too much Star Trek :-|

This image could be an example of how to break the rules (the horizon cuts the image at mid-height). But the almost perfect symmetry is broken by the figures (and by the sea, of course). As a master of B&W, did you convert it to B&W? Although I wonder that you can come up with a B&W version better than this one.
