The Garden

A weird one this, not so sure about it. Taken on Kodak B&W Infra Red film and home developed. Its got a milkyness to it which is quite attractive but some of the highlights are just a bit too blown. Still, there is something about it which keeps drawing me in.
This is the 'Chinese Garden' in Avenham Park, Preston, Lancashire.

It's strange, indeed. It seems too contrasted. But, on the other hand, we more mid-tones, it would be a common picture. As is, it seems an image from those films of the 1920's, particularly mystery ones.
