That's quite surreal ! It looks as if it's a toy... (you know what I mean, smal stations, trains... etc). Amazing effect.

@Graham Russon: Its definitely real! I was there! It was taken at the South Bank in London looking down onto the Royal Festival Hall from a bridge. Oh, with some Photoshop trickery thrown in- I suppose the effect is meant to mimick a traditional tilt-shift lens. The digital equivalent works pretty well.

very cool! i think the odd over-sized "chairs" really sell the illusion - they just look soooo fake - and it really throws off the scale - much the way train layouts always seem to have mismatched pieces... great work!
